The Problem
Through stakeholder discussion and review of the existing website, a few key issues became clear.
1. Lack of Premium Brand Experience
The brand sold high-end designer fans, but the website felt like a typical appliance store.Typography, layout, imagery, and color usage did not convey luxury or craftsmanship.
2. Poor Product Categorization
Fans were listed in long product lists with limited filtering.
Architects and designers often search by style, finish, size, or design theme, but the website did not support this behavior.
3. Difficult Product Discovery
